That is why all operators have know-how and skills matured with more than ten years’ experience in the foundry sector.
The Dalli Cani family is convinced that experience makes the difference. That is why it has decided to keep on all those professional figures who could contribute solid specific skills matured over the years.
Moreover, the internal organisation is very lean: owners compare note continuously with staff. Choices are shared and discussed and decisions are taken immediately. The owners provide an idea, stimulus. Then the heads of the technical area bring it to life.
So apart from the infrastructure, GDC Cast strong-points definitely include the human structure; farsighted ownership, expertise coming from key old foundry figures and the rest of qualified staff , with at least twenty years experience in the foundry world.
